10 month old not sleeping through the night, any tips?

dont formula with nyquil that idiot is crazy....but u should try starting formula try two one hour naps... let her cry everynight or she will know you will just come to her o in change her if needed give her a water bottle and leave the room and if u have alot of light reduce it because it can keep children awake
