Where is this number from?? - "+1714830384"?

I was asleep and was waken up by this phone call "+1714830384" half an hour ago. I immediately got a second call from the same number but i hadn't time to pick it, it rang only once. I've sent a message asking who was it but no answer. When i called the number back, the number doesn't exist. I google search the area code but found nothing. Can anyone help me solve this mystery? I'm confused! Thanks.
