22 weeks pregnant ...Need some advice.?

Hello, Im 22 weeks pregnant with my third and im having some serious issues with nose bleeds. I was waken up in the middle of the night twice last night with a nose bleed and then this morning im woke up by another nose bleed. Not no just a stick your finger in your nose and red comes out or a little drop of blood, its like i got hit in the nose a few times, blood rushing down my face kinda nose bleed. Should i be worried about this? Or is it just a common pregnancy symptom? I had them at the end with my second child but not this serious. It happened like once in the morning when i blew my nose or sneezed a little bit of red showed up.
