Are there spirits observing me?

A couple months ago a Quiji board told me that there were trickster entities like faeries were following me. Even before that I have been feeling watched and some times when I sleep I feel something tickling/ poking me. When I garden or take a walk outside I feel something tugging on my dress. And lately something has been playing with my iPod, making the volume turn all the way up and when I turn it down it turns up again or just turns off. Yesterday I was taking a bath an I fell asleep in the bath, at I was waken by someone tugging or trying to braid my hair. What is happening?
