What to do about a fairly sickly kitten?

Alright, so my neighbor gave me this kitten. I took her because I saw her brother laying dead in his carport. Most likely from the worms that were crawling out of him. At the moment, I have bathed her, she has a flea collar on. I have wormed her. But, she is not eating much. Unless I hand feed her. She hasn't drank water or gone to the bathroom, that I know of, yet. Also, she has an eye infection. And I have flushed them with saline and put Bactrum Ointment on her eyes. I'm not sure what else to do. ._. Does anyone have any suggestions?
