How to make my ex jealous?

Okay so my ex-boyfriend is a huge player. He has played almost every girl he dated and he continues to hurt more girls. He probably has about 6-7 girlfriends at a time without them knowing about each other. I caught him cheating on me with 3 .... not 1.. not 2.. but 3 of my friends at the same time he was dating me. I want to be the girl that changes his life. I want him to realize what he's doing is wrong and i want him to come crawling back to me. Although he has a lot of girls wrapped around his finger, I want him to fall for me just so i can deny him and show him how bad it hurts. Any advice?
