I keep wakening up smelling burnt toast ?

The exact same time last year I went through the same thing. I wake my partner up because I can smell burnt toast. This is happening again! last night I screamed his name and started pointing, I can't remember this but he told my this morning. Ive not had much sleep because all I could smell was thus burning toast! What's happening to me?
